Simon was truly one of a kind. A kind, caring, genuine man without any pretense. He was incredibly supportive of me from the moment I started working as part of his team and gave me so much confidence in my own ability. He was and will always be the greatest boss I ever had. I feel very lucky to have known him as a boss and a friend and the impact he had on my life will never be forgotten. My thoughts are with Karen and the kids, sending lots of love to you all. Joe
